Business trainer, facilitator and coach.
Graduate of the Wrocław-based MODERATOR School of Business Trainers and the MODERATOR School of Managerial Coaching. Has completed a number of self-development training courses, including the Group Facilitation Method course in Manchester, organised by the British branch of the Institute of Cultural Affairs.
Among other fields, her professional expertise includes:
- managerial and leadership skills
- interpersonal communication
- cooperation with business partners in modern business settings
- teamwork and internal cooperation
- handling difficult business situations and personal development
- traditional and remote client or customer support
Also acts as a facilitator in business meetings focused on problem-solution (both regular team meetings as well as executive ones), a coach for managers and team leaders at all business levels, as well as a consultant for individual clients. Cooperates with HR professionals to recommend and develop best solutions for managers and teams.
Has cooperated with business clients, in such areas as: production, IT, logistics, construction, shared service centres, public administration, real estate and public transport. As part of training and coaching responsibilities, has diagnosed specific training needs, written and/or translated extensive training hand-outs (Polish and English), designed training and coaching sessions (Polish, English).
Has benefitted from numerous opportunities to work internationally with participants from Poland, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, the Czech Republic, Russia, Romania, Croatia, Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Ireland, China, India, Italy, Pakistan, Italy and Turkey.
Has translated the book "Evidence-based Training", written by Ruth Colvin Clark, into Polish. This is a training handbook for trainers and instructors, which is used widely by training practitioners and educational professionals, both in business and in the public sector.
